This section defines the behavior in the Sales Portal's CPQ module. The Subscription Suite's CPQ supports integration with Zuora Quotes in Salesforce or can act as a stand-alone CPQ module.
This defines if a Sales Representative creates an offer in Salesforce or in the Subscription Suite. In either use case, they can deliver it to the customer as a PDF or using a cryptic URL. The customer then has the option of adding a payment method, billing address and finally accepting or rejecting the quote.
- Prices can be overridden: This setting enables the sales representative to manually overwrite the list prices with a new value.
- Bundled Discounts can be overridden: This setting enables the sales representative to manually overwrite the given bundle discount with a new percent value. To make this possible, a discount/bundle must first be set up in the admin portal in the area of "Discounts".
- Global Discounts can be overridden: This setting enables the sales representative to manually overwrite the given discount with a new percent value. To make this possible, a discount must first be set up in the Admin Portal, under Product Catalog > Discounts.
- Quotes can be declined: If customers do not wish to accept a quote through the digital quote checkout, this feature enables them to reject the quote. To the Sales Representative, the quote is then displayed with Rejected status.
- Quote Integration: This setting defines which system is the "master" for quoting, either Subscription Suite or Salesforce (Zuora Quotes):
- Subscription Suite: The quote is generated directly in the Subscription Suite's CPQ in the Sales Portal.
- Zuora Quotes:
- The quote is generated directly in the Zuora Quotes in Salesforce.
