Sales Admins and Sales Representatives could have different rights in the Sales Portal. This is related to the configuration made during the project. Thus certain activities could be defined which can only be carried out by the Sales Admin or the Sales Representative.

Sales Admins

Adding a Sales Admin

Unlike all other pages in the Admin Portal, you do not type the name of the perspective admin into the Search field. Simply click on Add Sales Admin to open this popup:

Enter the perspective admin's email address into the E-Mail input field. Click on Submit to add the person to your list of Sales Admins and to trigger an email to the specified email address to confirm and allow the recipient to set themselves a password via link provided in the invitation email for the login. This link will expire after 7 days or depending on the configuration. After the password has been set, the respective person can log in as Sales Admin in the Subscription Suite Sales Portal.

Removing a Sales Admin

In the row of the respective Sales Admin's email address click on the bin icon. The Sales Admin will be removed without further warnings.

Searching for a Sales Admin

To filter the list of Sales Admins type the email address of the respective Sales Admin into the Search field. The list of Sales Admins will only contain email addresses containing the specified sequence of characters.

Sales Representatives

Adding a Sales Representative

Unlike all other pages in the Admin Portal, do not type the name of the perspective representative into the Search field. Simply click on Add Sales Representative to open this popup:
